Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 142 Fearless Fridays 71 Jay Cee’s Challenge! If you missed Monday’s post, I interviewed Jay Cee. For someone so young, Jessica experienced multiple tough situations in life that no one should have to deal with. She’s been so broke she had to sleep in a park, she was sexually assaulted, she was robbed, and dealt with health complications. J has faced down many dark experiences at an early age and come out of that even stronger and more positive. She has humbled herself, wearing ten hats growing up without support or family by her side, she managed to pull her socks up and product herself and others around her. Family is super important to her and with all the challenges, she has found her purpose. Now, J is a fitness and health coach, business owner, author, inspiring speaker and her biggest MOVE yet, J will be residing in the United States to fulfill her purpose. Those experiences have prepared her as she goes off to accomplish her purpose in Military, while still enjoying her passions and helping others find a way through the trauma and pain. If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s episode and listen to or watch the interview! As always, J issued a challenge for the listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! In a recent attempt to list all challenges I still need to complete, I reminded myself of what some of the outstanding challenges are, and discovered that I have completed both Coach Cooks’ challenge and Kasie’s Challenge without documenting it. In fact, I’ve done this several times over, especially while helping a couple friends through some difficult issues in their lives!
I am still trying to do catch up, and have a long way to go, but it is looking a little better now that I have removed those five from the list! I promise I’ll have more soon – my new goal is to try to do two per week! Those remaining to be done are Olivia’s challenge, Arvin’s Challenge, Michelle’s Challenge, Julie’s Challenge, Sarah’s challenge, Dalilah’s challenge, Quentin’s Challenge,Macy’s Challenge, Sierra’s Challenge, Cherie’s Challenge, Steph’s Challenge, Dru’s Challenge, Justin’s Challenge, Neil’s Challenge, Mike’s Challenge, The Challenge from Philanthropists, Katie’s Challenge, Courtney’s Challenge,Mike’s Challenge, and now Jay Cee’s Challenge!
Don’t forget, J also have a giveaway for a copy of her book, CLEAN EATING: A Minimalist Guide For Everyday Life, so don’t forget to enter to win!
