This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley has made some bold moves! In 2007, Lauren requested a transfer to move from lululemon Montreal to lululemon Beverly Hills and applied for a visa. After a few months, my request was granted, and my journey from Canada to La La land began. Lauren then decided to boldly look at her diet in the face, which was comprised of refined sugar, gluten, refined grains, and basically nothing green or good for her and decided to take the plunge to vegetarianism. Lauren wasn’t happy with the advice and guidance she was getting. After reading and learning everything she could, Lauren stepped into the kitchen and learned how to feed herself. Lauren went from barely boiling water to being a full-fledged health coach and chef. Lauren’s passion is to make healthy food taste good, and it is totally paying off! She released her first cookbook, and every message that she gets from people telling her how much their lives have changed is a testament to the importance of the move Lauren made from retail to healthy food.
