Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 222 Fearless Fridays 111 Amee’s Challenge! If you missed Monday’s post, I interviewed Amee Quiriconi. Amee found her mission, to walk along a road of recovery, a few steps ahead of other people, and shine a light ahead of everyone so that we can all have a better life, and help a few parents recognize their own deficiencies that they are passing down to their kids and break some inter-generational junk-parenting that is hurting so many people. Amee started her podcast, One Broken Mom, to be direct and straightforward and not afraid to share her stories and to say what others may be afraid to. If you haven’t, definitely go back and check out Monday’s episode. As always, Ira issued a challenge for the listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 222 Fearless Fridays 111 Amee’s Challenge!
As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes, Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube. =)
I am still trying to do catch up, and have a long way to go. I promise I’ll have more soon – my new goal is to try to do two per week! You can view the challenges I did in my Instagram Story! If you want to check out the challenges I’ve completed, just click on the “Bold Moves Fearless Fridays” highlight on my profile on Instagram to see all the challenges I completed so far.
I am removing a couple challenges from the list this week. One is Martin Moore’s Challenge – the reason is that while I agree that many of us need to listen more and talk less, I feel like following his challenge strictly would actually be detrimental to me. Since starting the podcast, I feel I have improved my interviewing skills, which has also helped me outside of podcasting – I like to ask people questions out in real life, and don’t want to miss out on 30 days of that!
I am also going to remove Bri’s Challenge because over the last several years, I have already been curating products we use to reflect as close to a toxin-free lifestyle as we can! As a professional makeup artist, there are some products that I keep in my kit that aren’t as clean as I would like, but haven’t found organic and toxin-free products that perform equally well to replace them with yet!”
And hopefully, in the next couple of days, I will complete more challenges!
Those remaining to be done are Olivia’s challenge, Arvin’s Challenge, Michelle’s Challenge, Dalilah’s challenge, Quentin’s Challenge, Macy’s Challenge, Sierra’s Challenge, Cherie’s Challenge, Steph’s Challenge, Justin’s Challenge, The Challenge from Philanthropists, Faith’s Challenge, Rayne’s challenge, Shaniece’s Challenge, Aneisha’s Challenge, Asehli’s Challenge, Amiekay’s Challenge, Terri’s Challenge, Lauren’s Challenge, Lakisha’s Challenge, Anung’s Challenge, Morgaine’s Challenge, Jo’s Challenge, Kara’s Challenge, Jeremy’s Challenge, Tanya’s Challenge, Omozua’s Challenge, Kate’s Challenge, Rachel’s Challenge,Wahido’s Challenge, Mary Theresa’s Challenge, Angela’s Challenge, Kamela’s Challenge, Brent’s Challenge, August’s Challenge, Nora’s Challenge, Dave’s Challenge, Heidi’s Challenge, Teresa’s Challenge, Mira J’s, Marine’s Challenge, Jacqueline’s Challenge, Nicole J’s Challenge, Lynette’s Challenge, Ira’s Challenge, and now Amee’s Challenge!
As always, I would love to see what you are doing! Please share what you did for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 222 Fearless Fridays 111 Amee’s Challenge and how it made you feel!
