Bold Moves Podcast Episode 225 Alex Tacket is full of fun and amazing risks! After college, Alex got a job as a political staffer in Sacramento, CA. After 6 years, she decided to become a yoga teacher instead. Alex began training on the side, finished her training, and “taught her ass off” before work, after work, and sometimes at lunch! She taught two years before she gained the courage to quit. Alex also started a yoga apparel company named “Namaste As Fuck” – for the yogis who don’t feel quite as peaceful during class as they feel like they “should.” Once Alex quit the Capitol and started teaching full time, an amazing opportunity presented itself to do her massage therapist training and move down to LA to work with a successful healer to help her with an overflow of clients. Alex now owns and runs a successful yoga/pilates/bodyworking business and Namaste As Fuck is doing amazing as well! They have recently begun hosting awesome retreats and events!
