I was especially excited for this interview, since Mark has impacted the way that Tommy and I look at nutrition so much! Tommy had met him several times and spent a decent amount of time with him, but I didn’t get the chance to until a couple weeks ago (after the interview) at the opening for one of his new, healthy restaurants!
It was nice to meet him and his wife and son! I was a little sad that I missed Devyn, his daughter, who has also been on the podcast to talk about her book! Another person in the Primal Blueprint Publishing world that may be familiar to longtime listeners is Elle Russ, our dear friend and my go-to expert to all things thyroid, as she was on the podcast to talk about her book as well!
