I planned to make this video and post it two weeks ago, but things don’t always go as planned, especially since I had technical difficulties getting the video up! This is intended largely for those going to Beachbody Coach Summit, which is today/tomorrow through Sunday, so I doubt it is going to be as useful for Beachbody coaches this time around, but fortunately, the same ideas can be applied to ANY trip – whether it is fitness-themed, whether you plan to work out on the trip, or even for people who don’t work out at all, ever! Some people may think that a vacation is a great time to skip workouts, but for me, I love working out on a trip for a few reasons!
I think I have better energy when I do, and a better appetite. One of my favorite parts of traveling is trying new restaurants, and so wanting to eat more (and definitely not feel bad about it) is very valuable to me!
Additionally, it is easier to get back in the swing of things after traveling if you don’t stop working out completely on the trip. While you may not be able to follow your exact normal routine on your trip, you probably walk more, and you may be able to take unique classes in the area… For example, a bootcamp I did one time in Red Rocks Ampitheater on a trip to Colorado! That is why it is so important to know How Fit People Pack for a Trip!
