One of my favorite quotes from my favorite book by my favorite author is this: 

“I am the combined effort of everyone I’ve ever known.” 

How true is that? Hopefully, the people who you’ve met have touched your life and impacted it in such a way to change you as a person. As I say in every single one of my videos, it’s my goal to change as many lives as I can, even if it is just a little at a time! I never expected that so many people would think about me when they buy blocks of cheese, but I will take even that! 

Anyway, the reason that I bring this quote up is that a couple of people, one who I spent a very limited amount of time with and another that I have not yet met face-to-face have impacted my life pretty profoundly. 

The first person inspired this video: 

An inspiring twitter pal of mine always used the term “A+” – not to signify a grade, but to mean “always positive.” I LOVED this, especially as a former teacher (because it would then ALSO be a play on words), and even moreso because he remained positive when many wouldn’t – when fighting a rare kidney disease. 

You may be wondering “Mandie, where are you going with this?” 

Well, watch this video, and then I’ll get there! (I promise – haha!) 

The point I am trying to make is that however you view your situation is exactly how it is. YOU decide if you have a great life, a mediocre life, or a terrible one! 

Perspective is KEY! 

So let’s have an AMAZING life, shall we?
