The world is a pretty sad place a lot of the time right now. It can be hard to remain soft, but it may be the most important time to do exactly that. I’ve expressed on social media ways I am working to make it better, and I’ll share more below, but the biggest way is absolutely my latest book – Happiness Habits – which is now available for pre-order on Amazon (and will also be available for purchase here on my site).
Well, it’s finally done – a book I’ve been editing over and over again for literal years has been submitted to the fine folk at Amazon to be approved for release, on both ebook and paperback.

Doing good deeds/philanthropy/charity work and fitness are both ways to increase your overall happiness, but this event took several people a couple of weeks to plan and execute.
The good news is, there are small things we can do every single day that only take a few minutes at a time, and we can even make them habits… happiness habits, if you catch my drift!
I heard a talk by Simon Sinek over a decade ago, where he spoke about the different happiness-inducing hormones our bodies produce, and decided to do a challenge in a facebook group where we did a different small action each day to activate one of those hormones and increase happiness.
Years later, I did a deep dive into this, and wrote a book – which I edited over and over – and now I’ve decided that I could probably edit it my whole life and it would never get into anyone’s hands or help anyone be happier… And we need the happiness now, so it’s time!
